Retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an accepted engagement or legal obligation. Server logs are typically rotated within ninety days. Working papers for accepted audits follow engagement and professional retention rules set out in the engagement letter.

Subject to Japanese law and applicable regulations, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. International transfers

Our primary operations are in Japan. If a processor outside Japan hosts email or analytics infrastructure, we take steps consistent with applicable law to protect personal data, such as contractual safeguards with the provider.
